Hey everybody, look what I got this week! Yep, that's right: Mastering the Art of French Cooking. Don't worry, I'm not going to go all Julie/Julia on you. BUT, I am super excited to try some new recipes. Which should I make first: Gâteau de Crêpes à la Florentine (french pancakes filled with cream cheese, spinach, and mushrooms), Soupe à l'Oeuf Provençale (garlic soup with poached eggs), Concombres au Beurre (baked cucumbers) or Tarte aux Fraises (strawberry tart)?
