A few months back I inherited a camera—check out my new Nikon Nikkormat! Ain't it a beaut?
I was super excited to experiment with film again, but also a wee bit nervous. Film requires skills that I haven't used since high school (and even then, I didn't use them all that well). There is just so much to think about—aperture, shutter speed, focus, oh my!
Thank goodness I managed to locate my proper exposure sheet from Mrs. Kelly's photography class (yay for being a small hoarder!) and this manual (woohoo internet).
Since this was my first foray into film in a long while, I was prepared for some blurry, oddly-exposed photos. My goal was 3 good ones out of 30 (dream big, I know).
BUT, I was pleasantly surprised with my results, and I thought I'd share a few of my faves with you!
Got any tips for shooting with film for me? I'd love to hear them.
